Just as its English translation means, it’s a sophisticated shrimp salad that includes a colorful and crunchy mix of greens, sweet mango, and soft, delicious pieces of avocado.
Grilled shrimp are carefully placed on this bed of succulent vegetables, and everything is drizzled with a tangy cilantro-lime vinaigrette.
