Where to Eat Brunch in Ft Lauderdale – A Local’s Take
Our city offers many brunches with views. Both oceanfront and waterfront dining spots like Mermaids & Mimosas, OCEAN2000, and my weekend favorite – Cafe Bastille – which feature delicious menus and bottomless drinks with scenic vistas, served on weekends from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
We have a lot of European-inspired menu at spots like Cafe Bastille, Voo La Voo Café and Timpano Las Olas, and the classic Americana like the Floridian.
Fancy something funky? Unique experiences await at places like Jet Runway Cafe, where you can eat as planes take off, or Rooftop @1WLO that pairs skyline views with unlimited premium drinks. Sushi By Bou offers a posh 75-minute omakase for Lauderdale sushi lovers.

Caffe Bastille
This is a new favorite spot of ours! Right off Las Olas Boulevard on the river, this is an unbeatable Parisian spot, very similar to what you’ll experience in the Wynood restaurant Pastis.
