More About LUCA

Located on Seven Mile Beach at The Caribbean Club in Grand Cayman, LUCA is a stunning restaurant that offers breathtaking views of the infinity pool and the sparkling sea. The establishment is named after its talented chef, who specializes in preparing traditional Italian dishes with a modern twist.

Besides offering irresistible food and courteous staff, LUCA also has one of the best wine cellars on the island, which a full-time sommelier manages.

This Seven Mile Beach restaurant’s menus and European service inspire a perfect setting for luxurious weddings, business luncheons, and sunset dinners.

Luca Grand Cayman Menu: A Fusion of Traditional and Modern

luca seafood pasta
The seafood pasta was out of this world!

After having incredible meals at both The Wharf and also Morgans, we opted for one more “fancy meal” and couldn’t resist the urge to have some Italian, which is one of our favorite cuisines.  While the splendid views and meticulously crafted wine list are worth mentioning, it’s time to give you an honest review of my time at this fine dining establishment on Seven Mile Beach.

As I entered LUCA, I was mesmerized by the sleek, upscale interior and canopied patio. Determined to give an unbiased opinion, I quickly glanced over the dinner menu and ordered the Caprese Salad, Pumpkin Ravioli, and Local Grilled Mahi Mahi.

It didn’t take long before the food arrived. The attentive staff eagerly explained that Chef Luca was behind the preparation of each of my dishes. Without hesitation, I dug in.

The Caprese Salad had the freshest seasonal ingredients, dressed in a 25-year-old balsamic reduction. Upon taking the first bite, I instantly realized why Grand Cayman residents flock to The Caribbean Club for their meals. It was one of the best appetizers I’ve enjoyed eating in a long time.

Impressed, I was eager to munch through everything. The sun-dried tomatoes added a smooth richness to the Pumpkin Ravioli, while the grain mustard elevated the grilled seafood dish. Everything was a perfect 10!

For all you wine snobs, it’s worth mentioning that LUCA has an incredible cellar on premises!
