Weston, Florida has quite a few options when it comes to getting pizza, but the only game in town the is a true Neapolitan pizza is Mangia Bevi.
I’ve dined and taken out food from here a few times now and felt their delicious food and friendly service was worthy of making in to All World!
Mangia Bevi Authentic Italian Restaurant
Like I said, we have a lot of options when it comes to pizza, and even more so, Italian cuisine, in Weston. The latest addition to our growing dining scene is Mangia Bevi, a local restaurant that works for a date night, lunch meal, dinner, or anything in between. Open from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, I’ve become a fan of their food – starting with my favorite – the pizzas, and have told many friends about it.
When you walk in it’s hard not to notice that the decor launches you to Napoli and pays tribute to the late soccer start Diego Maradona. Owner Luigi Sebastiano grew up in Napoli, Italy, before moving to New York City to work in many Italian restaurants before relocating to Miami to start Mangia Bevi.
I’ll be honest – Italian is my favorite cuisine. Fresh mozzarella, artichokes, basil, and all the varied cheese you’ll see used on dishes here are right up my alley.
Pizza at Mangia Bevi
I first heard about this venue from an Argentinian friend of mine who I play pickleball with. He claimed it to be the best pizza in Weston, so naturally I had to try it.
He was raving about the pizza so much that we made Uber Eats orders multiple times in the coming months before finally made it into the establishment or even ventured out to order sandwiches, meatballs, or anything else!
Every pizza is made with the freshest ingredients. Think fresh mozzarella, mushrooms, tomatoes, italian sausage, parmesan cheese, and a touch of basil and garlic where applicable.
Here’s a photo of the Boscaiola Pizza, which features mushrooms and Italian sausage, along with some onions, parmesan cheese, and tomato sauce. The tomatoes used to make the sauce brought me back to Italy!
The thing that stands out to me is the sheer number of white pizzas on the menu. There is a total of ten white pizzas on the Mangi Bevi menu, which has to be some sort of record. Every pizza I’ve sampled is very tasty with a perfect crust.
Michelle opted for a caprese sandwich, and I have to say, it was a MONSTER. This is easily two meals in one right here. I would get full off the bread alone!
Appetizers
There’s a few items I’ve got my eyes on here for our next visit, and some I’ve sampled already which I mention below. It’s worth highlighting that other Mangia Bevi reviews talk about the eggplant parmesan and the Mozzarella & Prosciutto being menu highlights.
We’ll be sampling more dishes here, and if I want to be healthy, even the salads. In an estimated 6-7 experiences here, we’ve had meatballs and the octopus salad as apps, and both were delicious. Next up, we’ll try the calzone or calamari, which look outstanding as well.
Staff and Ambiance at Mangia e Bevi
Michelle loved the venue. She said it was “super cute” and unlike anything else in town. The staff was hyper attentive and made us feel welcome, which if you local to South Florida, you know that isn’t always the case. We sat on the patio even thought it was quite hot, but we were inside sitting in really cool air conditioning all day prior and didn’t mind it. The waterfront tables allow you to see fish and turtles, just like you can at other Waterways Shoppes in this plaza like Acquolina.
Mangia E Bevi Reviews
So far, the restaurant has been very well received by local residents. It has an impressive 4.4 rating on Google and a 4.5 on Yelp. For us, this place is highly recommended, especially if you are a long time resident who is worn out with all the other local Italian options.

Mangia e Bevi is a welcome addition in town and we have shared the experience with friends. It’s an amazing outlier in a sea of average to high end restaurants in Weston that makes you feel warm and welcome when you visit. We’ll be regulars and can’t wait to go back. #Mangia
