The bar has a Naughty vs. Saintly theme which can be a bit overwhelming for some. Still, many like its idea and goes to the bar just to see it. Overall, it’s still a great place for a meal and a few drinks.

Dining

When it comes to food, The Saint Hotel bar isn’t one to disappoint. They have a small menu yet it’s enough to titillate the taste buds of less finicky eaters. You can try their unique potato knish wrapped in spring rolls. It has a creamy taste which complements very well to the mashed potato stuffed inside.

It’s also topped with crème fraiche, scallions, and caviar. Honestly, you simply can’t resist this sumptuous meal. If you happen to return to Key West, make sure that you have another serving of this delightful spring roll.

If spring rolls aren’t your taste, you can try the skirt steak and duck leg confit. The duck is surprisingly tender and it tastes well with the added peas and truffle gnocchi. Aside from the burst of flavors, the meat is so tender it’s falling off the bones. The only gripe is that it’s a bit too salty but still delicious to eat.

All of these cuisines are perfectly paired with one of The Saint Hotel’s spirits. Try their Hahn Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir. It complements the food well and washes away the extra saltiness of the duck.

Conclusion

Although the menu is small, the choices are listed in categories like appetizer, entrée, and so on. Take note that some of the cuisines are served in small portions only.

All of the mentioned cuisines above can feed two people on each serving. However, if you feel ravenous, you’re better of ordering separate servings.

Overall, the food, drinks, and service are satisfactory. A typical customer would surely love to go back for another meal.

If you’re planning to try this The Saint Hotel bar, consider arriving during the happy hour from 4 pm to 7 pm. At this period, most of the food and drinks’ prices are slashed by half. However, the place can get really crowded as more customers flock.

The Saint Hotel is located at 417 Eaton Street right at the heart of the Old Town Key West. Be it for a vacation or just a random trip to the south, this place is worth it.
