While we were’t in Poland for a very long time, we made the most of our time in the city of Wroclaw! Our bar hopping and pub crawl took us to a really cool place to smoke cigars in Wroclaw, and I’m here to share our Old Havana Cigar Lounge review in hopes of letting fellow aficionados stumble across this absolute pearl of a venue.
There are many places in Poland where you can find cigars (one I like is “La Casa del Habano” in Kraków). If you’re in Wrocław, however, I have the ideal spot. Old Havana Cigar Shop & Lounge is a popular place to enjoy your favorite cigars, pick up a few accessories, and have a relaxing time. (Long time readers know my local bar is a cigar lounge.)
What if you don’t want to get anything in particular? Don’t worry; this place’s walk-in humidor is already interesting enough. I took some time from my trip to go there, and I don’t regret it one bit.
Here’s how my experience went at Old Havana (Wroclaw):
Where Is Old Havana Located?
Old Havana is at “Kiełbaśnicza 24/6, Wrocław, Poland.” It’s easy to find; the big sign outside is very hard to miss.
Don’t let the small size of the shop fool you. You’ll be amazed at everything you can try out when you enter. Whether you’re a cigar aficionado or are interested in learning more about these things, I recommend it.
What Drinks Can You Find in Old Havana Cigar Shop/Lounge?
As a shop focused on Cuban cigars and other accessories, I wasn’t expecting too much variety in the drink department. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that there’s also a dedicated bar with interesting options.
Don’t be afraid to ask the staff for advice. I got a few recommendations that were spot on. I settled for a whisky, but you’re free to try out one of the cocktails. Besides being a great Wrocław cigar space, it’s also amazing for having a few drinks.
Is Old Havana Recommended for Smoking Cigars in Wrocław?
Absolutely! It doesn’t matter if you’re an expert or a beginner; this space is welcoming to everyone.
Something I loved about the place is that the staff is extremely knowledgeable. Also, they’re fluent in English, so don’t worry about any language barriers!
Old Havana has a cozy area that you won’t want to leave, especially if you’re going with a friend. If that isn’t enough, you can also sit back and enjoy the relaxing jazz music they play there.
If you were looking for where to smoke cigars in Wrocław, Old Havana will do the trick. Wrocław cigars don’t get any better than this, and I’m sure that this will be an experience you will want to repeat.
Bottom Line
The Old Havana (Wrocław) is a place you shouldn’t ignore in your travel list. Not only does it have plenty of products to choose from, but the shop itself is already a great place to spend some time, talk to people, and get recommendations from its knowledgeable staff.
